Your Tasks
- Leitung der zugeordneten Produktionsbereiche inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung der Mitarbeitenden
- Steuerung und Überwachung sicherheitsrelevanter Produktionsprozesse
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Auftragsabwicklung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termintreue
- Ressourcenplanung und -optimierung für Personal, Maschinen und Materialien
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten
Your Profile
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder technisches Studium, z. B. als Techniker oder Meister
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in Lean Management, KVP/CIP oder TPM
- Hohe Kompetenz in der Analyse und Optimierung technischer Produktionsabläufe
