Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Bereich Versand als Krankheitsvertretung

Your Tasks

  • Organisation und Koordination des nationalen und internationalen Versands
  • Auswahl und Beauftragung geeigneter Spediteure und Frachtführer
  • Erstellung von Versanddokumenten (z.B. Lieferscheine, Versandlabel und Zollpapiere) und anschließende Pflege der Versanddaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Lager und Vertrieb
  • Beantwortung von Anfragen von Spediteuren bei Zustellproblemen
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Lieferdokumenten sowie Überprüfung und Abnahme der Ladungssicherung
  • Prüfen von Frachtrechnungen für Wareneingänge

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Logistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im internationalen Versand und in den damit verbundenen Dokumentationsanforderungen
  • Deine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit macht Dich zu einem wertvollen Teammitglied
  • Mit guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift kommunizierst Du sicher und effektiv
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office ist für Dich selbstverständlich
