Quality Specialist / Qualitätsfachkraft (m/w/d) Automotive

Your Tasks

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfplänen, Prüfberichten und Abnahmeprüfzeugnissen

  • Anlegen und Bearbeiten interner und externer Prüfaufträge

  • Erstellung von Erstmusterprüfberichten (EMPB), Requalifikationen sowie Durchführung interner Produktaudits

  • Statistische Auswertungen und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Daten

  • Betreuung und Pflege der internen Spezifikationsdatenbank

  • Überwachung von Produktionsfortschritten am Shopfloor sowie Wareneingangskontrollen

  • Sperrung und Freigabe von Materialien nach Abweichungen

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie interner Fehlermeldungen

  • Erfassung von Produktionsdaten zur Ausbeute-Analyse (Yield)

Your Profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Qualitätswesen, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich

  • Fundiertes Wissen über Qualitätsmanagementsysteme und Automotive Core Tools (z. B. PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA)

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Konfliktlösungskompetenz

  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
