Key Account Manager (m/f/x) Mobility

Your tasks in our company:
- You will develop contacts with customers (R&D and purchasing departments) based in France, as well as abroad (Germany, Italy, Poland, etc.), to identify current or upcoming projects and to ensure a proper receipt of corresponding RFQs.
- You will ensure the necessary presence on field in the manufacturer's factories to identify and create local business opportunities (Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, etc.).
- You will respond to RFQs. With the technical support of our design and costing departments (based in particular in Louviers – 27 and Trilport-77), as well as of our product managers and acoustic specialists, you will build the right technical and economic proposal (right design, right material and right process and logistics, etc.).
- You will negotiate and monitor the prices of the tools and parts.
- You will monitor the modifications during the production phase and conduct commercial negotiations.
Finally, you will coordinate your activities with the group's sales teams abroad, who provide local support.
More broadly, you will oversee these accounts and shape the international development strategy, facilitating the creation of a global and profitable business flow across the group's entities in Europe, as well as in Turkey, Morocco, and other key regions.
Our requirements for you:
- Higher education degree in engineering or business with strong technical orientation.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; ability to coordinate and animate international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus).
- Proficiency in IT tools and SAP.
