Your Tasks

Als Operations Manager verantworten Sie sämtliche operativen Abläufe am Standort und stellen sicher, dass Prozesse, Ressourcen und Schnittstellen effizient, stabil und kostenoptimiert zusammenspielen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Verarbeitungsprozesse am Standort
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen
  • Optimierung der innerbetrieblichen Materialflüsse
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse (KVP, Lean, etc.)
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Steuerung der operativen Teams
  • Planung und effiziente Einsatzsteuerung von Personal und Ressourcen
  • Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung

Your Profile

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Management eines produzierenden, international agierenden Unternehmens
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von VDA-und IATF-Normen
  • Starke Projekt- und Prozessmanagement-Kompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
  • Innovationsgeist, Hands‑on‑Mentalität und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
